The PRx AbMat⢠is for athletes that desire an all-inclusive abdominal workout. This simple pad assists in the proper execution of abdominal exercises and core training. Athletes can perform a variety of exercises that isolate the upper and/or lower abs, as well as the obliques and lower back muscles.
The PRx AbMat has the same benefits as the Original AbMat. The key difference is that the construction of this product is made completely from closed-cell foam, whereas the Original AbMat consists of foam, a dense backer, and a leathery vinyl covering.
